Introduction

The machine can be operated by pneumatic foot switch under only two workers’ supervision. The machine, which is safe, practical and credibility, it adopts air-powered and converter technique. It can adjust the cotton-filling quantity at any time according to the degree of product elasticity, and connect to cotton loosing machine to constitute combined machine of cotton-loosing and cotton-filling. It can also be used for cotton-filling alone and can be directly connected with fiber carding machine to feed cotton. The whole machine adopts automobile spray booth for high temperature pre-painting and antirust.
