Ingredients: 45g butter and 90g water, a little salt and some fine sugar, 60g self-raising flour,2 eggs.
Cinnamon sugar: 50g fine granulated sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon powder, mix well. (Or Muffin Mix)
For Churros batter: bring water, butter, sugar, and salt to boil in a furnace on medium-high heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the butter melts.
Heat up the burning oil in the furnace to 170 °c, then put the batter into the frying oven-fried until golden brown. After drain the oil and plate, enjoy the delicious spain churros with the cinnamon sugar.
